Introduction
These Membership Terms (“Membership Terms”) govern participation in any All Ears membership program. These Membership Terms are incorporated into and form part of the All Ears Terms of Service. By enrolling in a membership program, you agree to these Membership Terms.
1. Membership Overview
All Ears offers optional annual membership programs that provide bundled savings on ear care services. Membership tiers, pricing, and included benefits are disclosed at the time of enrollment. Membership benefits are not insurance and do not guarantee medical outcomes.
2. Term & Renewal
Memberships are sold as one (1) year terms and are paid in full at enrollment. Memberships automatically renew annually on the anniversary date of enrollment using the payment method on file unless canceled prior to the renewal date. Pricing in effect at the time of renewal will apply to the renewed term. All Ears may provide renewal reminders prior to renewal but is not obligated to do so unless required by law.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel your membership at any time prior to the renewal date by managing your membership via the link provided in your enrollment email or by contacting All Ears at patientsupport@safkanhealth.com. Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not terminate the current membership term. Upon cancellation, membership benefits will remain available through the end of the applicable one-year membership term (measured from the original enrollment or most recent renewal date). All unused benefits expire at the end of that one-year term and do not roll over. Once a membership renews and payment is processed, membership fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
4. Membership Benefits & Expiration
Membership benefits are valid for one (1) year from enrollment or renewal and may be used at any All Ears location. Benefits are non-transferable and may only be used by the enrolled member. Membership does not guarantee appointment availability and does not include priority booking. All unused membership benefits expire at the end of the applicable one-year membership term and do not roll over into any renewal term. Membership benefits have no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash.
5. No-Show & Missed Appointment Policy
If a member fails to attend a scheduled appointment without proper cancellation notice (“no-show”), All Ears reserves the right to deduct one membership credit at its discretion. After two (2) no-shows within a membership term, All Ears may, at its discretion, deduct unused membership credits, restrict booking privileges, or suspend or terminate membership benefits.
6. Payment & Pricing
Membership fees are due in full at enrollment and at each renewal. You authorize All Ears to charge the payment method on file for renewal fees unless canceled prior to renewal. Membership pricing and tier benefits are subject to change. Any pricing changes will apply at the next renewal term. Failure to maintain a valid payment method may result in cancellation or suspension of membership benefits.
7. Modifications to Membership Programs
All Ears reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or restructure membership tiers at any time. Changes will not materially reduce benefits during an active paid term but may apply upon renewal.
8. Termination by All Ears
All Ears may suspend or terminate a membership without refund if you violate the Terms of Service, misuse membership benefits, repeatedly fail to attend scheduled appointments, payment cannot be processed, or continued participation presents safety concerns.
9. Limitation of Liability
Membership participation does not alter or expand the limitation of liability set forth in the All Ears Terms of Service.
10. Governing Law
These Membership Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.
